About Dr. Rosiere

Dr. Scott C. Rosiere is a Florida-licensed clinical and forensic psychologist (License No. PY-7076) with more than twenty-five years of experience conducting psychological and forensic evaluations and providing expert testimony in court-involved matters affecting children, adolescents, and families.

His forensic work focuses on complex family and dependency litigation requiring psychological analysis regarding child development, attachment relationships, trauma exposure, domestic violence dynamics, parenting capacity, and permanency planning. Dr. Rosiere has conducted hundreds of forensic evaluations and has been qualified as an expert witness in Florida courts.

Dr. Rosiere has maintained a private forensic and clinical psychology practice since 1998. He also serves as Adjunct Professor at Nova Southeastern University’s College of Psychology, where he teaches graduate courses in group psychotherapy, adult intervention, and clinical supervision.

He founded the doctoral-level psychology practicum program at ChildNet in Broward County, where he directed clinical training within the child welfare system for fourteen years, supervising 10-12 doctoral trainees annually. He also co-chaired multidisciplinary staffings addressing child-on-child sexual abuse allegations and sexually reactive behaviors for approximately ten years.

Dr. Rosiere previously served as Batterer Intervention Program Coordinator at Women In Distress in Fort Lauderdale, where he was the only certified facilitator trained to implement the Duluth Model curriculum and was instrumental in obtaining state certification through the Florida Department of Children and Families.
